Ludwig Pöttinger
Ludwig Pöttinger inherited his entrepreneurial spirit from his father, Sebastian Pöttinger, the founder of the company. Just like his passion for details and his understanding of all company divisions. Owing to his outstanding expertise, he is a perfect contact for customers and employees alike.
Since 1973, he has been responsible for the fate of our company of long tradition. After 43 years in the business, Ludwig Pöttinger is handing over responsibility for the construction company to his son, Philipp. Ludwig Pöttinger will continue to take care of project development and the management of the company’s own property portfolio.
Philipp S. Pöttinger
After graduating from New York’s Columbia University with a MSc degree in Real Estate Development, he overcame the temptations of the Big Apple – Philipp S. Pöttinger never toyed with the idea of doing anything else in his professional life but to enter the family business.
Since 2005, he has supported his father in the executive management. Perfect teamwork: old school entrepreneurship is successfully complemented by modern leadership style. Especially the new ideas of the young generation have ensured continuous growth of the Pöttinger Group contrary to all general economic trends.
Franz Josef Weigand
Franz Josef Weigand studied civil engineering at the Technical University of Munich and gained his first experience at Wayss & Freytag in residential and commercial construction. He then worked as a project manager at S. Pöttinger Bauunternehmung, where he was involved in major projects such as the MK6 in Munich. In 2009, he became managing director of Kreiswohn- und Stadtbau Mühldorf, working in the field of public administration, politics and economics.
After further training as a real estate economist, he returned to the Pöttinger Real Estate Group in 2012 and has since worked as a project developer and property buyer. He has been an authorised signatory at Pöttinger Wohn- und Industriebau GmbH since 2016.
Peter Reichel
Peter Reichel has many years of experience as a senior site manager and technical project developer, including at S. Pöttinger Bauunternehmung. One of his largest construction projects, which he successfully completed with the Pöttinger Real Estate Group, is Galileo (Garching Living Learning and Offices), the new centre of the Garching university campus.
He has been Technical Director at PSP Real GmbH since its foundation in 2014 and has also been an authorised signatory since 2016. His professional solutions and negotiating skills with subcontractors will lead your project to success.
