With passion, diligence and energy, Sebastian Pöttinger established a bricklaying and concrete business in 1937. Meanwhile, the original 3 man operation has become a group of companies that deal with all aspects of real estate.

BUILDING BOOM IN BERLIN, POTSDAM AND DRESDEN
Between 1994 and 2004, numerous residential complexes, administrative buildings, hotels and commercial buildings were built in Berlin, Brandenburg, Potsdam and Dresden.
FOCUS ON MUNICH
Since the turn of the millennium, one of the focus areas of our business activities is the greater Munich area. Numerous residential complexes have been created through the cooperation of Pöttinger Bauunternehmung and project development. The Pöttinger Real Estate Group was also involved in the development of a new Munich district, Parkstadt Schwabing.
